Our choir brims with a love of music and a desire to bring our best to each other and to the world. We build inspiring programs, encourage choristers and audiences to explore and embrace the timelessness of music. We cultivate curiosity, a flourishing love of harmony and a widening of choral repertoire.
Scott is a choral professional from Winnipeg who is known to his peers as a bit of a vocal chameleon. He has sung as a chorister and soloist with Winnipeg’s many premier ensembles as well as beyond Manitoba’s border with the Canadian Chamber Choir, Canada’s National Youth Choir, the World Youth Choir, Schooner Cove Singers, and Time Ensemble. He has also performed as a soloist with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, the Manitoba Chamber Orchestra, and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet. Scott has taught five years of high school choir and has guest conducted several of Manitoba’s regional youth choirs. He conducted within Prairie Voices Inc. for many years and was recently invited to lead the World Youth Choir's tenor section for their 2018 session in China. He is an avid, award-winning composer and is in constant search of new opportunities to foster community through choral music. Scott is currently completing a Master’s degree in choral conducting with Dr. Elroy Friesen at the University of Manitoba.
